We administer all bookings for regular and other events and provide meeting rooms and hall space for businesses, organisations, groups and individuals at affordable rates. The Victoria Hall is also host to many weekly groups including the popular Youth HUB, indoor bowls, dance groups and more.

The area is covered by two tiers of local government: Cheshire East Council Unitary Authority and Middlewich Town Council. The two tiers provide different services and work with other public service agencies and voluntary organisations. Middlewich is known for its renowned and extensive waterway network and attracts visitors from across the UK and internationally.
Middlewich has previously been ranked by the BBC as the 4th most desirable place to live in England and the town has good quality affordable housing, a mix of independent and national shops and quality schools. The town is centrally located within Cheshire East and provides easy access to both the M6 motorway, nearby surrounding towns and major cities.
Middlewich Town Council consists of 12 elected representatives holding a public office giving their time voluntarily. The Council carries out a range of duties as part of the local government service, to meet the needs of its residents and promote community well-being. The Council operates on a Committee basis, covering different aspects of Town/Parish Council responsibilities.
