Notice of Councillor Vacancies

Further to the resignation of Cllrs Helen and Russell Watkinson, the Clerk has issued the Notice of Vacancy which is shown below.

Electors in the Cledford Ward have until 18th June 2020 to request an election by writing to the Returning Officer, whose address is in the notice.

Please note than in the case of an election being requested, this cannot take place until May 2021 in light of The Coronavirus Act. The Town Council will be responsible for the costs of any election.
