CHALC’s Chief Officer, Jackie Weaver – Cemetery Comments

At yesterday’s training session, Jackie Weaver received a copy of the cemetery investigation report along with the evidence pack. Council members recieved training delivered by CHALC’s Chief Officer on governance and code of conduct.
Jackie Weaver, shared the following comments relating to the cemetery investigation:
‘’MIDDLEWICH’s success is testament to the power and determination of our community leaders when they fight for the rights of their electors. Anyone who thinks that local councils are a bunch of amateurs just needs to dip into the 700 plus pages submitted in evidence that created an undefensible case. Middlewich goes from strength to strength with councillors undertaking training in governance and conduct.’’
