Public Budget Meeting
We have received a number of questions from a resident regarding Tuesday Public Budget Meeting. the questions are as follows:-
- The venue, what are planned seating arrangements, especially with regard to capacity. What advance plans are in place if too many people turn up?
We are currently finalizing details for the meeting and confirmation will be posted and shared nearer the time.
2. Will the Council Leader be chairing the meeting.
The Chair of the Council will be chairing the up and coming meeting.
3. Will you be prepared to postpone the meeting if no Middlewich Ward Councillors are in attendance?
This is Town Council Budget Meeting not a Cheshire East Meeting, provided the meeting is quorate, the meeting will go ahead.
