St Michaels Way Subway

We are currently on site this week progressing the investigations on the path between Pepper Street and the canal. As of yesterday we’d excavated to a depth of approx. 2.4m and came across a significant amount of water preventing us from any further excavation. No visibility of the pipe has been located as of yet. We are removing the flood water from the excavation this morning and investigations will continue.

As it stands, we are currently still looking to locate the pipe that seems to be at a significant depth.
