Cheshire Police announcement
A reminder that from Thursday 1 September our public Helpdesk services are changing.
The changes come as part of programme of improvements to how the public can contact police in Cheshire, with resources significantly boosted in our Force Control Centre – as we know that phone and email is the preferred method of contact for most of you. It will help us answer calls more quickly, deploy officers more quickly, and generally provide a better service overall.
Locations providing Helpdesk services will be Blacon, Crewe, Macclesfield, Warrington and Widnes, with opening hours of 8am-5pm, Monday to Saturday
