Covid Autumn Boosters

For info , Autumn boosters clinics across Cheshire start week commencing 12th September.

SMASH Primary Care Network GP practices :- Ashfields, Cedars, Merepark, Haslington, Greenmoss , Oaklands and Waters Edge have sent autumn booster invites to all patients over 75yrs via SMS / text to those with a mobile number on their GP record .

If you haven’t received an invite you can email us on smash.bookings@nhs.net and we can send you a booking link or contact your practice.

It needs to to be at least 3 months since your last booster to be eligible.

Anyone from any area can book into Middlewich

We are encouraging people to book if possible as clinics at the start of any new phase are always busy but you can walk in with no appointment.

All health and care staff are also eligible for an autumn booster from 12th September.

Vaccine for Autumn boosters for over 18s is the new Moderna Bivalent vaccine.

We will still be running clinics for under 18s.

* Tue 13th 2.30-6.30pm

* Fri 16th 9am-2pm

* Tue 20th 9am-1pm

* Sat 24th 8.30-1.30pm

* Tue 27th 2.30-6.30pm
