St Michael’s Way Subway Update

Good afternoon
We’ve excavated to a depth of 1 metre today and unfortunately no drain or manhole was identified as per the mapped plans of this drain.
Due to health and safety regulations, to dig further we will need to provide suitable temporary works within the excavation. We are awaiting an appropriate design and installation for the temporary works setup which we hope to have by no later than Friday.
I will update you further tomorrow to let you know how this is progressing and when we are likely to be able to continue work.
